Your privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of Arcuswell. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do.
What we collect
Account data (email, display name), profile data you choose to publish (for specialists), and usage data needed to run the service. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
Special category data
Using Arcuswell may imply information about your sexual orientation. We treat all user data as sensitive: we do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and store it exclusively in the EU (Frankfurt).
Discretion by default
Our emails and notifications use neutral wording. Client reviews are published under a pseudonym or initials. We never disclose that a specific person uses the platform.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely at any time via privacy@arcuswell.com. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
