The short version: Arcuswell is a wellness directory. Be respectful, book what you mean to book, and treat specialists as professionals.

The service

Arcuswell connects clients with independent wellness specialists (massage, therapy, tattoo and more). Specialists are independent professionals, not Arcuswell employees. Contracts for services are made directly between client and specialist.

Wellness only

Arcuswell lists professional wellness services exclusively. Profiles, messages or requests that suggest anything else are removed and accounts are banned. No exceptions.

Accounts and subscriptions

Client Premium subscriptions unlock direct contact with specialists and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Specialist listings are free at the basic tier; paid tiers add visibility and tools.

Reviews

Reviews can only be left after a verified contact through the platform and are moderated for personal data and abuse before publication. We do not delete negative reviews that comply with the rules.

Liability

Arcuswell verifies specialist identity where indicated, but is not a party to the services provided. Applicable law: Germany/EU. Full legal terms will be finalised upon incorporation.
